1. Who we are

2. Your account

  • You must verify your email address before you can sign in.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.

3. Credits and plans

  • Generation is paid for in credits. A plan grants a credit allowance each billing cycle, and credits can also be bought as one-off top-ups.
  • The credit cost of a generation depends on the model, duration, resolution and whether audio is included. The cost is shown before you confirm.
  • Credits are debited when a generation is accepted.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Movixa to create or distribute:

  • content that infringes someone else's intellectual property;
  • content depicting a real person without their consent, including synthetic likenesses;
  • sexual content involving minors, or any content that is illegal where you or we operate;
  • content intended to deceive, defraud, or impersonate a real person or organisation.

5. Ownership of output

6. Availability

7. Payment

Payments are processed by our payment gateway. We do not store your card details. Prices are shown in INR and include GST where applicable. Cancellation, renewal and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.
